Angelina Bottalico

Major: Molecular and Cellular Biology

Objective: I am a dedicated Molecular and Cellular Biology student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a passion for clinical research and patient care. My goal is to pursue a career in medicine where I can combine scientific knowledge with compassion to make a meaningful impact on others’ lives. I bring strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills to every environment I’m part of.

Desired Field:  My growing interest is in oncology and patient-centered clinical research. I am passionate about exploring how biological systems contribute to disease and hope to pursue a career in medicine, where I can support patients through both research and compassionate care. I thrive in environments that value communication, collaboration, and curiosity.

Projects:  During my time working with the fermentation team, we were helping grow many different types of organisms.
