Objective: I am passionate about biomechanics and how the average human moves. I am also interested in anything related to brewing and fermentation.
Desired Field: My goal is to either work closely related with industry ethanol production or to work as a physical therapist as I am interested in both of these.
Projects: Some of the projects I have worked on are: producing xyletose from soybean stover through chemical processes and making plastics from an ecoli fermentation.
