Desired Field: I am interested in consumer goods, food, energy, and pharmaceuticals, especially related to product development or innovation roles. Most of above, I would love to take on a role thar interfaces with environmental sustainability.
Projects: I have worked on the development of vegan cheese products, operating and iterating on the design of a production process that utilized multiple ingredient passes, diaphragm pumps, a heat exchanger, a distillation column, and a liquid separator in the Clara 200. I had to perform analysis of the results through gathering and interpreting moisture and laboratory separation data, followed by helping out with the verification of a material balance.
I have also worked on the development of liquid biofuel productions by grinding and processing organic materials. I helped operate and iterate with an industrial grinder, a volatile extraction process, and a separation process.
I have also worked on development of several food production processes utilizing several types of liquid-solid separations and filtration processes.

Relevant Skills: In the future, I hope to attain a Master’s in Engineering (either mechanical or chemical) and my MBA.
