Susie Lin is a senior at UIUC majoring in Food Science and Human Nutrition with a concentration in Food Science. Susie began working at the FSHN-PPP and IBRL in May of 2021. She demonstrates a strong interest in product development, production, and sustainability. Susie has been involved in the Illinois Sustainable Food Project with our partner, the Sustainable Student Farm, for the past three years and now hopes to gain more experience with the processing side of the food supply chain. Upon graduating, she hopes to continue working in large-scale food production or product development in order to decrease global food instability.
