Objective:  Hello, Im a undergraduate student majoring in Food Science looking for a internship over the summer of 2026. I have hands-on experience in extrusion, spray drying, and other pilot-scale processing techniques. Skilled in equipment operation, product innovation, and maintaining food safety standards, with a strong interest in bridging research and practical applications. Motivated by the goal of creating a product I’m genuinely proud of, all while learning everything I can on the way there.

Desired Field:  Research/Development and Food Processing/Engineering in the Food industry

Projects:  Beef stew, pizza sauce, Extruded corn meal based product, powdered protein/fat emulsion.
