The BPS-620 is designed to fill plastic film pillow pouches with high-viscosity liquids/sauces. Bag length can vary from 3.25″ to 15.5″ and width from 3.25″ to 11.5″. Machine is currently setup for 9″ wide pouches utilizing 19.625″ film rolls. Packing speed can range from 10-30 bags per minute depending on product and pouch size.
Various types of films (including retort) are available with minimum purchase quantities and lead times to be determined with vendor at time of project. Unit is equipped with a date code stamper.
