This electric unit boasts independent time and temperature controls and has a 150 to 500-degree Fahrenheit temperature range for maximum versatility when cooking or baking. A 1/2 hp motor powers the two-speed fan and features convenient switch controls that allow you to bake or roast various products easily. This unit uses a Turbo-Flow system to ensure even cooking and has a fast temperature recovery for efficient operation.
