Triple temp batch pasteurizer:
Used for cans, bottles, or other sealed drink containers. Water nozzles spray throughout the chamber enveloping the containers to thermally process the contents inside.
Three holding tanks (low heat, high heat, and cooling) allow for multi-step cycles to avoid temperature shock of products and packaging. Time and temperature of each step can be built into a recipe for specific product demands.
