Objective: Hello! I am currently interested in bioprocess engineer and research engineer positions, or any closely related positions. I have recently graduated and am looking for full-time roles.
Desired Field: I am primarily interested in working on food or material product development, however I am interested in the whole bioprocessing and industrial biotechnology field and am willing to work for any organization in the field.
Projects: Recently I have worked on projects such as protein extraction for fermentation-based alternatives to animal products, conversion of cellulosic biomass to biofuel, and biopolymer manufacturing.
Equipment Capabilities: I have become proficient with processes including disk-stack centrifugation, vibratory screen separation, tangential flow filtration, hammer milling, vacuum filtration and pH adjustment.
Relevant Skills: I have taken courses in bioprocessing principles and biofuel production, food material engineering, and heat and mass transfer. I have also learned many transferable skills in project management and capstone design courses.
